Our Dance Community Agreement
The purpose of these guidelines is to support a welcoming and enjoyable dance environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
The MWCSDC Board of Directors serves as the final authority in addressing community concerns, complaints, and conduct-related matters.
In support of a fair, thoughtful, confidential, and respectful process, the Board may also partner with MN Swing Safety as an independent third-party resource to provide additional guidance, objective perspective, and support when appropriate.
